A Portrait of the Math Teacher as an Aging Man 
Hey Jim, I really enjoyed that. I was not guessing that there would be any immediate benefit to the teachers or students having their classes observed. Observation in those settings, or any clinical setting, tends to make my blood pressure rise. However, after reading what you said, it makes more sense when it can become part of the culture.
By the way, I attempted to find a button to follow you at the new blog, but I couldn’t find one. Maybe I just have to look on a desktop. Love you, buddy!
